Black Annealed Wire
Annealed Wire is made of carbon steel wire, mostly used in construction
or daily use as binding material.
We offer two kinds of annealed wire, bright annealed and black annealed wire. Black annealed wire, also called black wire, gets its name from its plain black color and comes in the form of coil wire, tie wire or cut into straight wire.
Wire Materials: Iron wire or carbon steel wire.
Wire Diameter: Similar to galvanized iron wire, from 0.15mm to 5mm (wire gauge 38# to 6#)
Features: 1) Annealed iron wire is rust proof within 6 months without any
oil coating.
2) Soft annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the
process of oxygen free annealing.
Tensile Strength: 300-400 Newton per square millimeter.
Uses: Black annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire
or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire. Annealed wire is used as tie wire or baling wire in building,
parks and daily binding.
